New Committee for 2008/09 elected Monday 25 August 08
A great turn out 29 members braved the cold Canberra evening to get to the Yamba Sports Club.
A very successful meeting with a wide ranging discussion on the club’s financial situation which overall remains steady but needs to continually monitored. Some work needs to be done with the auditor to present the figures in a more user friendly format. Expect an extraordinary general meeting to reconsider the club’s accounts after the committee has a discussion with the auditor to re-present the accounts.
Following a wide ranging discussion on a broad range of topics, the meeting honed in on the specifics and empowered the committee to sell the Astir.
